Terms and conditions
The first thing to do is to book a room in advance either by letter, telephone or fax. Otherwise you may arrive at the hotel and be told that there are no rooms. See the Contacts Chapter for the contact information. Once the booking is done you will be sent a booking conformation with all the information regarding your stay. Please note that to guarantee your reservation you will be asked to pay the cost of the first night of you stay.

On checking in, please show your booking confirmation and prepayment advice slip (if any).
Canceling a Reservation
Reservations must be cancelled up to 24 hours before the date of arrival during the Low season and up to 72 hours before the date of arrival during the High and Middle seasons. Please note that we will charge a fee of one night’s room rate, if you cancel after this deadline. We will retain all or part of your prepayment, equal to 1 night of your room charge.
